Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DEY’Z Events & Entertainment website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

Services Provided
DEY’Z Events & Entertainment specializes in providing event planning, entertainment, and related services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, event coordination, live entertainment, DJ services, venue decoration, and event equipment rentals.

Bookings and Reservations

• All bookings for events must be made via our website, phone, or email.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
• Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• If any changes to the event booking occur after confirmation, DEY’Z Events & Entertainment reserves the right to adjust the terms, including pricing or availability.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• All payments must be made in full, as agreed upon in the service contract, unless prior arrangements are made.
• If a booking is canceled 1 days before the event date, the deposit may be forfeited.
• Any cancellations made within 2 days of the event may incur additional charges or be non-refundable, depending on the specific services booked.

Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits, licenses, or permissions for the event are obtained.
• The client must provide a safe environment for DEY’Z Events & Entertainment’s staff and vendors to perform their services.
• The client agrees to abide by all local laws, ordinances, and regulations.

Event Changes and Force Majeure

• In the event that DEY’Z Events & Entertainment is unable to fulfill an event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events), we will work with you to reschedule the event or provide an alternative solution.
• Changes to the event may be subject to additional fees if they affect the scope of services, including but not limited to venue changes, guest count changes, or alterations to the event schedule.

Limitation of Liability

• DEY’Z Events & Entertainment will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the event, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational damage.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or attendees during the event.

Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, logos, and designs provided by DEY’Z Events & Entertainment remain the property of DEY’Z Events & Entertainment. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of the event.
• The client agrees not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content or materials belonging to DEY’Z Events & Entertainment without prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/ Maharashtra and any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate court located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Amendments DEY’Z Events & Entertainment reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website, and you are encouraged to review them regularly.
